Who can update the Eventbot subscription?
Only the existing billing contact or a Slack admin can change the billing. If you have extenuating circumstances, please send us 💌 a request.
How exactly do you update the card?
The easiest way to upgrade is to type "/events settings" into Slack. Click the button labeled
"⚡ Manage billing".
As mentioned above, only the existing billing contact and a Slack admin can change the billing. If you are one of those people you'll see the"⚡ Update billing" button. If not, you'll receive a notice explaining the issue.
Lastly click "Pay with Card" to enter in the new billing details.
How do I let someone else become the billing contact?
If you no longer want to be the billing contact, please 💌 open up a request, and we'll cancel your Team Plan. This will allow anyone else in your workspace to make the upgrade.
