You can create an event that lasts up to 1 year in length. You use to create vacation, holiday schedules, or time off tracking.
The format for multi-day events
When entering in a multi-day event, all you need to do is specify the start and end dates.
No time specified
For example: 6/20 - 6/25 would result in an event that lasts 5 days. In this case, we didn't specify a time so it will last all day across those five days. Note: If you're sending events to your personal calendar app (Google, iCal, Outlook), then this will show up as a single "all-day" event across the top.
Time specified
For example: 6/20 3pm - 6/25 5pm would also result in an event that lasts 5 days. In this case, we did specify a time so the duration is specific to the times entered. Note: If you're sending events to your personal calendar app (Google, iCal, Outlook), then this will show up as a single event with a 5 day duration.
RSVPs and Reminders
You may RSVP to an all-day and multi-day events the same as any other event. Your reminders also work the same so you may specify any reminder (or none at all) after you've RSVP'ed to the event.
