How many imported calendars can I have?
Each workspace can import a number of external calendars, based on their plan:
Eventbot Free Plan | 1 imported calendar per workspace |
Eventbot Business Plan | 5 imported calendars per workspace |
Eventbot Enterprise Plan | 10 imported calendars per workspace |
This limit is for the total number of imported calendars (across the workspace). For each calendar, Eventbot will import the 100 most upcoming events. If you need more external calendars or need to import more events, please reach out to us.
What happens if I hit the limit?
Once you hit the limit of external calendars imported, Eventbot will simply stop allowing more calendars to be added. All your existing imported calendars will continue to work, but new ones can't be added.
Can I importing the same external calendar into two channels?
Yes! You can import the same external calendar into multiple channels, however each calendar that's imported counts towards the limit (even if it's the same calendar). There are a few other things to note:
- The nickname for the external calendar (in any channel) will be the first nickname given.
- Eventbot will track RSVPs across the workspace, so each user can RSVP once in all channels.
- If you disconnect an imported calendar from one channel it won't affect the other channels.
What happens when I downgrade my plan?
When you downgrade your Eventbot subscription, you'll reduce the imported calendars inside your workspace. Eventbot will automatically disconnect imported calendars, based on how recently they were imported. So if you are downgrading from Business (5 calendars) to Free (1 calendar) - Eventbot will disconnect the 4 most recently imported calendars.
