How do I switch my billing from monthly to yearly?
You can make this change at any time. Simply type "/events settings" then click "Manage Billing" and "Update Billing". Then make sure to click "Yearly" so you are looking at the Yearly plans. Next click "Update Payment".
Next you'll need to click "Update card" to enter in your credit card details again. This will switch your subscription to an annual plan.
What will I get billed ?
You will be billed the total yearly price for the plan you've chosen. Eventbot will deduct from that total the remaining monthly payment you've already made for the current month. Send us a quick note if you've got any additional questions on the resulting balance.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind ?
No refunds are given. When purchasing a yearly plan, you're pre-paying for your usage throughout 12 months. By canceling your subscription you will still have access to this plan for the full 12 months as planned, but as per our Terms of Service, we don't provide refunds for the remainder of your billing period.
